- 125g butter, melted
- 2 1/3 cups sultanas
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
- Preheat oven to 160 C. Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Stir ingredients in large bowl with wooden spoon until combined.
- Pour mixture into loaf tin. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool.
